As reported in November last year, the LaSalle Bank resorted to a legal action of foreclosure against Raymond Chin on his project to develop a 2.5 acres construction site at Streeterville South, between Grand and Illinois along Columbus Drive in Chicago. The ruling by Cook County Circuit Court Judge Robert J. Quinn on March 27 denied the bank's motion for summary judgement. The denial will enable Chin to complete the project.
