The biennial Midwest regional conference of the US-China People's Friendship Association will be held on October 4-6, in Owensboro, Kentucky. The two and a half days conference consist of presentations, panel discussion, exhibits, reception and banquet. The four presentations are (1) Dr. Sue Ruzicka and Elaine Paris on Feng Shui, (2) Shifen Gong on Chinese film, (3) Keith Krasemann on the Chinese Shanghai Communique, and (4) Mrilyn Gridley on Chinese architecture. Panel discussion deal with issues of adopting Chinese babies, teaching in China, kite collections.
