It was announced on January 23 that Connie Chung, former CBS, NBC and ABC anchor, will join the cable news CNN to host the 8 p.m. prime time news and interview. Chung, 55, will begin her program in the spring. She has won three Emmy Awards, a Peabody Award, and a 1991 Clarion Award. Her shows include "Saturday night with Connie Chung," "Eye to eye with Connie Chung," and "Face to face with Connie Chung."
