Hsin-Hsiung Chang visited Dominican University


A group led by Dr. Hsin-Hsuing Chang, President of Southern Tainan University of Technology visited Dominican University in River Forest, Illinois on June 26. Dr. Norman Carroll, Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Molly Burke, Dean of the Graduate business School, and Dr. Tze-chung Li, Dean Emeritus representing Dominican University met the group in the airport. Last year, Molly Burke and Tze-chung Li visited Southern Tainan. A cooperative joint degree agreement was signed. The joint degree program is the first of its kind approved by the Ministry of Education in Taipei. The group also includes Mrs. Hsin-Hsiung Chang, Dr. H.D. Chang, Academic Dean, Andy Shea, Director of the MBA Program, and Emily Yang, Director of Libraries. The group had a series of meetings with Dominican University academic staff and faculty. According to Burke, Southern Taiwan will send five graduate students to Dominican either this fall or next spring. Ms. Emily Yang is a graduate of Dominican University Graduate School of Library and Information Science.
