Steve Wong was another victim of September 11. Mr. Wong, 34, came from Hong Kong in 1996 on a temporary assignment with Marsh & McLennan. He and his wife, Jacqueline, with a baby girl rented an apartment in Jersey City, New Jersey. He went to Scotland to study for a MBA. They planned to go to Edinburgh to receive an advanced degree.
