Eugene You-Tsai Hsu and David Tzu Wei Yang found guilty in arms deal

Eugene You-Tsai Hsu, 60, of Blue Springs, Missouri, and David Tzu Wei Yang, 49, of Los Angeles were convicted on April 30 in Baltimore for attempted selling military equipment to China. They contacted Mykotronx Inc last May for purchasing two devices which can be used to prevent interception on transmitting data through phone, fax, or computer. Mykotronx alerted the U.S. Customs Service who later discovered the plan. A U.S. Customs Service agent said if the devices were in the wrong hands they could have had a real danger to the U.S. security.
