Kam Lun Aloysius Lee, 47, who killed his wife Cheng Chih Chiang and their two children, 9-year-old Iris Lee and 4-year-old Jeremy Lee in their home in Almaden Valley, San Jose, and then committed suicide last week. Reported Kim Ryan of San Francisco Chronicle (Nov. 17, 2002), "Investigators said last week's murder-suicide may have been prompted by financial pressure on the husband, who friends said feared losing his job. Family friends said Lee worked at a local high-tech company and worried often about losing his job. . .. Experts say murder-suicides have numerous causes, but that one unifying factor is the loss or exertion of control by the killers."
