Rumors of SARS spread deep into Chinatown in Chicago. It was reported, a Chinatown health clinic had treated two patients with SARS and the clinic was closed and quarantined by the Health Department. The doctor who treated the patients had himself been admitted to the hospital. Though the clinic has been open since April 11, the tale hurts the business in Chinatown.
