Sister Cities China Committee and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs will jointly sponsor Swingling Shanghai Gala on September 6 at the Maxim's Restaurant, 24 East Goethe Street, Chicago. The event features swing dance lessons and dinner by Friendship Chinese Restaurant and musical entertainment. Sponsorship ranges from $1,000 (2 tickets) to $10,000 (8 tickets).
