Dean Howard who has raised the most money in the last quarter among Democrats, will charter a plane to LA to keynote a luncheon hosted by 80-20 on September 6, 2003. 80-20's Executive Committee will hold its semi-annual meeting in Los Angeles. During that occasion, 80-20 will host two events to politically empower the Asian Pacific American (APA) community.
