Mark Hsiao was killed in a single engine airplane crash after takeoff from Schaumburg Regional Airport on Tuesday July 9. He flown from his home in Tracy, California to spend independence Day weekend with his family in Buffalo Grove. Mr. Hsiao, 38, graduated from Wheeling High School in 1983 died of multiple injuries.
