Dr. Zhong Lin Wang and his teamm at the Georgia Insitute of Technology discovered colling thing down to as low as 600F. Dr. Wang is the founding Director for the Center on Nanoscience and Nanotechnology at Georgia Tech, which is playing the most crucial role in organizing GT and other universities for national competition on nanotechnology initiatives launched by federal government.
