ACCSNY (Association of Chinese Students and Scholars in New York) has requested application for attending the Conference on Haigu's Entrepreneurial Achievements Reports and Hi-Tech Projects Discussion on September 15-19 in Wuhan, Hubei, China. The conference and its optional tour (September 19-22) are sponsored by the: National Overseas Chinese Affairs Office, State Council, Wuhan City, and Hubei Provincial Government. A limited number of attendees is invited.
Attendees are expected to meet all of the following three requirements:(1). Professionals in either one of the following areas: automobile manufacture, biotech and pharmaceutical industry, hi-tech agriculture, photoelectronics and information technology, environmental protection, and so on; (2) Five years of work experience with an Master's degree or three years of work experience with a Ph.D.; (3) Owns the Intellectual Property of a practical project or owns a certain amount of capital to invest in projects.
