The 2003 annual banquet of the Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society East Chapter was held at the Peking Restaurant in New York City at noon, November 9, 2003. Some thirty people attended. Dr. Yung-ching Shen, PTP East Chapter President, presided. Three scholarships were awarded by Thomas Shen, Chair of the Scholarship Committee. The three recipients are: Emily Liu of Dartmouth College, Jessica Luk of Yale, and Weijen Yuan of Harvard.
