Dr. Chiann Fan Gibson, an immigrant from Taiwan is the fourth runner up of 27 Annual Mrs. American Pageant, held on September 19 in Honolulu. Hjwaii. She is a delegate from the District of Columbia. The Mrs. America is a beauty pageant for married women. It is a preliminary pageant to the Mrs. World title and is produced by the Marmel Entertainment company. Participants must be at least 18 and married the date of entry and throughout the competition. Must be a US Citizen and a resident of the state she represents. Contestant may not attend the national pageant more than once.
