Four Chinese nationals, two men and two women, were arrested on board a private plane, a Cessna 172, as it landed at Stinson Field, a small airport near San Antonio on January 25. They were smuggled into the United States from Mexico. The pilot, a Mexican national, was also arrested. The four have valid Chinese passports and are not terrorist suspects.
