The Opera International presented its 12th season Operatic Vocal Gala Concert on Sunday, July 10, 2005 at 4 p.m. at the Music Center at Strathmore, 5301 Tuckerman Lane, North Bethesda, Maryland. The concert included Prize International Winners, Hai-bo Bai, Guiping Deng, Jessica Swink (sopranos), Zheng Cao, Kathryn Honan-Carter, Guang Yang (mezzo-sopranos), Jingma Fan, Wei Song (tenors), Ding Gao, Sun Yu, Chen-ye Yuan (bass baritones), and Kelly Kuo (pianist)
Solos, duets, trio, and quartet selections were made by Bellini, Bizet, Charpentier, Delibes, Gounod, Mascagni, Moore, Mozart, Puccini, Rossini and Verdi.
