AsianWeek lists Shing-fu Hsueh one of top APAS in New Jersey
Shing-Fu Hsueh, 60, mayor of West Windsor, is one of the top APAs in New Jersey. Mr. Hsueh, born in Taiwan and graduated from National Taiwan University, moved to the U.S. in 1969. He received Ph.D. in Chemical engineering from Rutgers University, joined New Jersey state government after graduation, and was Speaker of the City Council for four years.
