Orange County residents Francisco Israel Porchas Simancas and Arturo Ayon Martinez, and Los Angeles County residents Zhen Po Yang, Jose Angel Arbizo and Jose Jesus Uribe, were arrested last month by Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies for selling counterfeit cigarette stamps and counterfeit cigarettes. Seized counterfeit included approximately 18,000 cartons containing 3.6 million counterfeit and gray market cigarettes, along with 103,000 counterfeit California cigarette stamps and over 200,000 counterfeit cigarette stamps for the states of Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
