80-20 reported September 28 the position of Asian Americans in the United States.
On equal justice: Only 8 of the 839 judges in Federal courts are Asian Americans.
On equal opportunity in workplaces: Asian Americans have only 55% of the chance to rise to the top rank in the private Industries (1.9 million AsAm workers); 41% of the chance in the universities (70,000 AsAm workers); and 30% the chance in the Federal government (86000 AsAm workers),
as compared with that of an average American worker in the same position, i.e., the national average.
These numbers dug up by 80-20 after careful research, have never been disputed. They indicate that Asian Americans are a second class citizen.
