A Queens man was stabbed and killed by his son inside a parked SUV in Manhattan April 4.
Ying Du, 67, of 34-29 149 St., Flushing, was inside the vehicle, parked at about 6:15 p.m. in front of Phoenix Jewelers Inc. at 64 W. 37 St., when he was stabbed by his son, Du Gu Yu. Du was taken to St. Vincent's Hospital Manhattan, where he died. Du Gu Yu, 35, was taken into custody. (Source: Matthew Nestel, Newsday, Apr 5, 2007.
