Soma Grand in San Francisco completed for occupancy October

Expected to be completed for occupancy in October 2007, World Journal April 8 reports. AGI Capital Group, Inc., TMG Partners and Joie de Vivre Hospitality have teamed up to provide a new level of hotel-style living here, in the city's prime South of Market area. It has been designated as a new redevelopment plan area and special use district after 10 years of community and city planning.

San Francisco, particularly this area on Mission Street, is entering a renaissance phase that promises to accelerate as more projects develop," said Alexis Wong, president and CEO of AGI Capital Group.

Located at 1160 Mission Street, San Francisco, Soma Grand will feature 246 residential condominium units atop a parking garage and select commercial retail space. With 22 stories, nearly every unit will enjoy panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay, downtown and other parts of the city. Residents will be within walking distance of Union Square, the Asian Art Museum, San Francisco Symphony, Bill Graham Auditorium, City Hall, Orpheum Theatre, and the San Francisco Opera.
