The website of the China Committee of the Section of International Law at the American Bar Association (ABA)aims at supporting ABA members with interests in Chinese legal matters. The site gives free access to a number of resources on Chinese law including research guides on Chinese law and Chinese business along with bibliographies of selected books and articles in English on Chinese law. There are presentations on the tax system in China and the intellectual property system. Full text (PDF) copies of the China Committee's journal, China Law Reporter are also made available on the site. This publication goes back to May 2006 and contains articles and briefs on legal developments in China. The site also has city survival guides for Taipei and Shanghai and a page of related web links.
