PTP Mid-America Chapter 2007 Scholarships accepting applications

The Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society Mid-America Chapter will provide 2 undergraduate and 2 graduate students a $1000 scholarship this year to Chinese-American or Chinese students The Society is now accepting applications by college students in the states of Kansas, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, Taxes, and Wisconsin. Applicants should email a copy of autobiography which should include GPA, record of awards, volunteer experiences, etc. to ykuo@bsu.edu and mail a hardcopy of autobiography together with transcript(s) and other supporting documents to Dr. Youyuh Kuo, 5204 N. Leicester Drive, Muncie, Indiana 47304-1007. Winners will be notified by June 1 and awarded on Aug. 18, 2007 in Chicago. The deadline is April 30, 2007.

The Phi Tau Phi Scholastic Honor Society, founded in 1921 in China aims to encourage scholarship, stimulate research, reward scholastic achievement, and form bonds of intellectual and professional fellowship. Phi Tau Phi stands for Philosohia, Technologia and Physiologia, which collectively represent all disciplines of learning.
