Yu Chen, 43, accused in New Jersey of stealing identities to obtain more than $1 million in mortgages, loans and personal items, was indicted in New Jersey in 2009, but has been living in Naperville, Illinois in her house. She was arrested and held in Will County jail.
Chen and another person are alleged to have led a conspiracy and involved two others who are now in China. (Source: Chicago Tribune, May 29, 2010).
